It's not just about how much water you drink; what matters is how much you absorb. In this workshop, we explore intracellular hydration, phase angle, and how deep hydration can reverse disease and prevent the signs of aging on a genetic level. Yes ~ your DNA needs to stay well hydrated, too! When we are born, we are 75% water. And by the time we are one year old, that drops to about 70%. By the time we are elders, we are only 50% water by volume. This isn’t necessarily because we are drinking less water, but our bodies lose the ability to absorb and retain water. So the surest marker of your true biological age is your intracellular hydration, how much water is in your cells. Most people are chronically dehydrated. This is important! Because according to the work of Dr Zach Bush, Dr. Howard Murad, Dr. Batmanghelidj and many other pioneering researchers, dehydration may be at the root of nearly all disease. You might know you’re not getting good intracellular hydration if - you retain excess water, bloating. You get puffy under eyes. You have to pee immediately after you drink water. Your pee isn’t clear, or you have dry mouth after you drink. You experience mood swings, allergies, or you're always hungry or craving snacks between meals, etc. We will explore not only how to make your body more receptive to absorbing water, but also how to make your water as hydrating as possible. Not all water is equal! Some water can leech minerals from your body, making it dehydrating over time.
