Dehydration Increases Covid Mortality ~ New Study Concludes it's the Key to Survival



There's A New Study Linking Severe Covid-19 & Dehydration ~ Turns out, the thirstier you are, the more likely you are to die from Convid.

A collaborative analysis conducted by researchers from Arizona State University, Harvard Medical School and UCSF, showed that dehydration in the weeks leading up to COVID-19 is a “significant risk factor for severe outcomes” including death.

They concluded that hydration alone has the potential to reduce COVID-19 mortality via at least five pathways simultaneously.

Basically this team of researchers compiled tons of data, including experimental, clinical, and epidemiological evidence on factors like vascular endothelial growth factor or VEGF, water-channeling aquaporins, and cellular sodium-potassium pumps. Their overall conclusion: dehydration increases Convid mortality.

If you’re familiar with my content or you’ve taken my courses, then you know… When we are dehydrated it causes stress in the body. That stress establishes a dominant physiology for the crisis management of water.

In other words, the body has to make adjustments. Imagine a town whose watertable is so low, and rainfall is so scarce, that they’re in a state of constant drought. They’d have to manage their water more carefully - they might turn off the water supply to certain areas during certain times of day. They’d instate regulations against watering lawns or filling swimming pools. They’d try to import water from neighboring watersheds. They’d do whatever they have to, to make sure that the town can still function.

The body does the same thing. It wants to keep you running as efficiently as possible, so it makes compromises. In a state of dehydration, the body starts to ration its water reserves, using the limited water it has for immediate needs, prioritizing the brain, and immediate survival functions.

It also releases water management regulators, like histamines and prostaglandins, which both cause inflammation. And inflammation is associated with nearly every ailment. Then, as the limited water is rationed away from less essential areas in the body, those areas stop functioning as well.

Remember, water mediates every single function of the human body. Every single cellular action, from ATP creation to protein folding.

So let’s look at how these drought management adjustments during dehydration make your body terrain more vulnerable to Convid. We know that SARS-CoV-2, rogue little exosome microzyma that it is, interacts with cells via the ACE2 receptor. And this study found that

"Chronic sub-optimal hydration in the weeks before exposure to COVID-19 may conceivably result in greater abundance of ACE2 receptors in the lungs, which increases the likelihood of COVID-19 infection with our lung epithelial cells being preset for exaggerated immune response, increased capacity for capillary leakage of fluid into the airway space and/or reduced capacity for both passive and active transport of fluid out of the airways."

In other words, the thirstier you are, the more doorways you have open for pathogens like convid to enter.

The study also explored how the cytokine storm, convid’s signature overactive immune response, is linked to dehydration as well.

And that makes sense, right? Cytokines are proteins. If you’ve taken either my Aquatic Body or Internal Oceans ecourse, then you know that every single protein has 10,000 water molecules surrounding it. And it’s the phase changes of those water molecules that allow proteins to fold and act properly. If there’s not enough water, or the water is in the wrong structure, or has the wrong type of hydrogen, then those proteins are going to mis-fire, mis-fold and generally act a fool. Water mediates the fundamental intelligence and capacity of proteins. So, it’s no surprise that these researchers linked dehydration to cytokine storms.

In the report, the researchers suggested public health measures for reducing COVID-1984 death toll should include hydration screenings, free or low-cost, globally applicable drinking water interventions, and hydration-informed treatment (aka hypertonic resuscitation).

They also said, get this, that hydration may be THE link that unifies all covid risk factors and pathways, in a *unified mechanism* for overall COVID-19 mortality.

And I’m here to say, duh. But I’m biased. I’ve spent 12 years researching how dehydration is the underlying unifying factor in susceptibility to disease in general.

As Dr. Batmanghelidj said, “The simple truth is that dehydration can cause diseases. Everyone knows that water is good for the body. They seem not to know how essential it is to one’s well-being. They do not know what happens to the body if it does not receives its daily need of water.”

But before you just go out and chug a liter of tap water, let’s take a look at what hydration actually is.

Because it’s not about how much water you drink, it’s about how about the state, phase, availability, structure, electrical conductivity, AND of course quantity of that water within your body, and especially within your cells. All of these terms we call “dehydration”.

Dehydration isn’t just insufficient water. Destructured biowater means your body can’t use what water it does have, that’s a state of dehydration.

If your biowater deviates from it’s oceanic mineral profile, which should be exactly the same as isotonic marine plasma, that’s also a state of dehydration.

If your cells can’t produce enough metabolic water, or the water has the wrong isotope of hydrogen so the cells can’t use it, those also result in dehydration.

So crafting an effective hydration strategy that will bolster your immune system and protect you from viral and other infections requires a more holistic approach.
